1General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the 399bey website and all associated services. By registering or using the 399bey platform, you are automatically deemed to have accepted all of these terms.

2Account Register

Only one account is permitted per person. If the same individual opens multiple accounts, all accounts and any funds held within them may be cancelled. Multiple accounts operated from the same device or IP address within a household may also be subject to investigation and action.

• Notify 399bey immediately if there is any unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Required documents must be submitted for KYC verification.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount on 399bey is BDT 100. Deposits are accepted via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Processing typically takes 1–24 hours. Please note the following conditions:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold and investigated if a transaction appears suspicious.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is identified, all associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

5Gaming Policy

All games on 399bey operate using internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all wagers will be refunded.

6Prohibited Activities

7Account Closure

You may close your 399bey account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Please make sure any pending withdrawals are completed before closing your account.

399bey may close or suspend your account in the following circumstances:

• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

8Limitation of Liability

9Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution Process:
